Following the 5th time Small Business Committee Republicans failed to attend a scheduled business meeting to consider Dilawar Syed’s nomination to be Deputy Administrator of the Small Business Administration today, Committee Chair Senator Cardin delivered a statement on the floor of the U.S. Senate condemning their refusal to act and the harm they are doing to America’s small businesses.
