WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) today applauded the selection of Frederick Police Chief Kim Dine to head the U.S. Capitol Police Force. Chief Dine served as the chief of the Frederick Police Department for the past 10 years and also is the former Washington, D.C. assistant police chief. His selection was announced today by the Capitol Police Board.
