Ben Introduces CAPP Act

Ben visits the headquarters of the Americorps' "Civic Works" program to unveil the Creating American Prosperity Through Preservation Act (CAPP). CAPP will help ensure that historic properties are restored and made useful once again, while creating jobs that will stimulate greater economic activity.
